Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for campervan rental bookings and RelaaxHut Club membership enquiries. This page reflects the booking flow and admin statuses as they actually operate today.
1.What this policy covers
This page explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for the two payment types on RelaaxHut:
- Campervan rental payments — the one-time booking payment for renting the ISUZU V CROSS 4X4 caravan.
- Club membership payments — the one-time membership amount paid to join the RelaaxHut Club.
Where a specific refund or cancellation rule is not yet documented by the business, this page states that plainly rather than inventing a policy. For any question not answered here, contact the RelaaxHut team directly.
2.Rental bookings
A rental booking is for the ISUZU V CROSS 4X4 caravan at ₹10,000 / night, available from Bangalore and Delhi NCR. A driver can be added at ₹1,500 / night. Campsite stays are charged separately at the published per-night rate.
Bookings are admin-processed. When a booking is cancelled, the admin team applies the Cancelled status; when a refund is processed for a booking, the admin team applies the Refunded status.
- Refunded
- A payment status applied by the admin team when a refund is processed for a booking. It reflects that money has been returned for the booking in question.
- Cancelled
- A booking status applied by the admin team when a booking is terminated before its start date. Cancellation is admin-processed.
3.Club membership
The RelaaxHut Club is a membership programme. Joining begins with an Expression of Interest (EOI) enquiry, which is fully adjustable against any membership tier. Membership plans range from ₹1.5 lakhs onwards, with tenure options from 1 year to 10 years.
Membership is currently offered as an enquiry / lead flow: submitting an application records your interest and the RelaaxHut team contacts you. The specific refund terms for a paid membership are not documented on this site.
4.Campsite stays
Campsite stays are booked alongside a rental and charged at the published per-night rate for each campsite:
- Coorg Canopy Camp — ₹1,500 / night
- Nilgiri Pine Base — ₹1,800 / night
- Tea Valley Transit — ₹1,200 / night

5.How to request a refund or cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are processed by the RelaaxHut admin team. To request one, contact the team directly with your booking or membership details. The team will review your request and apply the appropriate status (Refunded or Cancelled) where applicable.
