Please review the following agreement for booking our campervans and joining the RelaaxHut Club. These terms describe how bookings, payments, and membership enquiries work based on the documented RelaaxHut booking flow.

1.Introduction

RelaaxHut offers premium campervan experiences from Bangalore and Delhi NCR. These Terms apply to two distinct arrangements: campervan rental bookings and RelaaxHut Club membership. This page states only what is documented in the RelaaxHut booking flow and Club membership flow.

2.Campervan Rental Bookings

The bookable vehicle is the ISUZU V CROSS 4X4 caravan, available from Bangalore and Delhi NCR at ₹10,000/night. A driver option is available at ₹1,500/night.

The documented booking flow is: choose your vehicle and location, select your travel dates, choose a rental type (Self-Drive or With-Driver), complete payment, submit your UTR for verification, and await admin confirmation. Bookings are processed and verified by the RelaaxHut admin team.

3.Campsites

The following campsites are available as part of the documented booking flow, each at its listed nightly rate:

4.Payments & Admin Statuses

Rental payments are made via UPI, after which the customer submits a UTR for verification. The RelaaxHut admin console records the following documented statuses:

Refunded
A payment status recorded by the admin console when a refund is processed for a booking.
Cancelled
A booking status recorded by the admin console when a booking is terminated before its start date.
Confirmed
A booking status recorded once the booking is confirmed and the payment is marked paid.
Pending Payment
A booking status recorded while the customer's payment is still awaited.
Expired
A booking status recorded when a booking lapses before payment is completed.
Refund and cancellation handling is recorded through the Refunded and Cancelled admin statuses. Specific refund amounts, timelines, and cancellation fees are set by RelaaxHut's business team and are not documented on this page. Please refer to the Refund & Cancellation page for the documented details.

5.RelaaxHut Club Membership

The RelaaxHut Club offers fixed-rate, priority-booking campervan membership with doorstep delivery, a mint-condition guarantee, and zero maintenance. Membership is initiated through an Expression of Interest (EOI) and a lead/enquiry submission — this is an enquiry flow, not a payment on the membership page.

The documented membership tiers are:

Your EOI is fully adjustable against any membership tier. Unused days roll over within your membership validity, subject to availability.
